"I started using Godaddy years ago. There was a time when I had a problem setting up one of my accounts. I called up customer service expecting the same customer service phone tree and waiting time and that whole nightmare. Instead I got a representative who immediately logged into my account, saw what the issue was, told me how to fix it, and I was good to go. Elapsed time of 10 minutes... 10 minutes!!!!
GoDaddy has incredible customer service, as my story above states. They are dedicated people willing to put up with you 24/7. Overall, GoDaddy represents great value for their products and services and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
